You can pre-Register by emailing a list of the events you want to enter, along with your names, to registrar@usabda-norcal.org.

All competitors must be DanceSport Athlete members of USA Dance.  USA Dance membership forms will be available at the event, or you can join or renew online at the USA Dance E-Store.  People dancing in ONLY nightclub events can register here as recreational dancers.  People dancing only in Jack-and-Jill events do not have to join USA Dance. 

Please see the current USA Dance rule book for important dress code information, especially for Syllabus and Pre-Teen competitors.  Also, competitors in Pre-Teen events may dance syllabus steps ONLY.

We're serious about the dress code and syllabus step restrictions.  Our leniency in the past has led to dancers going to Regionals and/or Nationals thinking their outfits or dance routines were okay when they really were not, and then people were disappointed by a disqualification or lowering of placement.  Our Chapter-level events are meant to be fun, but our goal is to also educate dancers about the rules to prepare them for Regional and National-level events.  We understand that this all can be a bit overwhelming to new competitors, and so we're glad to answer your questions!
